Luke is recruiting a team to support his work as Plymouth Sutton and Devonport’s local MP. Luke’s priority is to create an exceptional team of dedicated and hardworking people focused on helping people in Plymouth.
The Plymouth team will be led by an office manager who will take day to day responsibility for the running and delivery of campaigns and casework. Luke will also be recruiting for several community caseworker roles. The team will be working in a busy public office, managing a caseload of constituency cases including benefits, housing, homelessness, immigration and local service advice. They will also work with local people and local community leaders, institutions, councillors, officials and charities to find solutions and mobilise people’s efforts to practically address community concerns and challenges.
The office manager is a senior role, managing and supporting the team of community caseworkers. We are happy to discuss full-time and part-time, as well as flexible working options. Occasional weekend and evening work will at times be required.

All Parliamentary staff must be approved by the security services and consent to a background check.
