Luke has written to the government over passport delays facing people in Plymouth.

Luke and his team are helping dozens of people with delayed travel documents. The government is cutting the public sector workforce, but they act surprised when services can’t be delivered.

Luke said:

“The Government has made a right mess out of processing passport and visa applications. It’s time they sorted out their act. Threatening to privatise the service isn’t the solution. Fixing it with proper staffing is.”
