I have been campaigning for the government to designate Devil’s Point and Firestone Bay as an official bathing water.

With 1000 signatures to my petition, I was able to present it at Parliament in March 2022.  In may we started to recruit volunteers to help count the number of people on the beach, swimming in the bay, kayaking or paddle boarding.

With the first week of monitoring completed, data has been gathered and shown below! Together we can make Devil’s Point and official bathing water!
