Today I was pleased to visit the newly installed Plymouth People’s Piano in the main concourse of Plymouth Train Station.

For five years, I’ve been campaigning with the fantastic team at Plymouth Youth Music Service to get funding from Great Western Rail to buy and install the piano. I’m delighted that we got the project over the line.

Pianos in train stations help to spread little moments of joy for travellers. I take the train to and from Westminster each week and I’m looking forward to my commute being brightened up with some tunes!
