Luke Pollard MP Member of Parliament for Plymouth Sutton and Devonport

Today I visited Ivybridge Community College to take part in a Q&A with their sixth form students.
Ivybridge students asked me a range of questions on important topics, from “What are the most pressing issues facing the UK?” to “How can we tackle violence against women and girls?”.
With many of these students approaching (or already reaching) the voting age, I highlighted the importance of registering to vote and changes surrounding voter ID.
It was great to see so many bright young people engaging with local, national and international issues.
