Luke Pollard MP Labour & Co-op Member of Parliament for Plymouth Sutton & Devonport

🚨2025 Buildings at Risk List🚨
Too many of Plymouth’s iconic buildings have been left to rot. That’s why I publish my annual Buildings at Risk List, featuring ten historic buildings in disrepair, with a call to their owners: invest or sell to someone who will.
Now, I want your nominations for my 2025 Plymouth Buildings at Risk List.
As a Janner, I’m proud of Plymouth’s rich history and I want our iconic buildings to be given a new lease of life and a fresh purpose.
We’ve seen positive change through this campaign, including with the NatWest Building (aka the RBS Building), investment in the Civic Centre, and the Merchant’s House going up for sale to find a new owner to invest in it.
You can email me your suggestions at luke.pollard.mp@parliament.uk by Sunday 20th April.
