Luke Pollard MP Labour & Co-op Member of Parliament for Plymouth Sutton & Devonport
Request Support
Plymouth Labour and I understand that many residents are still feeling concerned about the spread of Covid-19 (coronavirus), despite restrictions easing in other areas, and so may need assistance.
We would like to offer our support to all residents across Plymouth, particularly those who are vulnerable or have been told to self-isolate.
If you need help picking up food, toiletries, baby items, prescriptions, posting mail, or even walking the dog, we would be more than happy to help. If a resident who lives alone is at risk of becoming socially isolated – we will call them. We have a fantastic team of Labour volunteers across the city who can help.
If you would like to request support, please fill out this form. If you want to join our team, you can do so here.
For more complex assistance, you can call or message us on 07786 683074
or email us at: plymouthlabourcommunity@gmail.com
With your permission, we will forward your details on to the volunteer who lives closest to you.
If you are unable to volunteer but still want to help, one of the best things you can do is make a donation to the city’s foodbank. We are happy to collect and transit donations on your behalf. The foodbank would appreciate donations of long shelf-life items such as pasta, long life milk, tinned goods etc, as well as non-food items like toilet paper. Households will be depending on support and we will do all we can to support the fantastic volunteers at the foodbank.
