I’m so proud of Leo and Shelby, two care leavers from Plymouth, who joined me again in Parliament this week to make their case for a better deal for care leavers with senior MPs and Lords.

I’ve been campaigning with Leo, Shelby and other young people in Plymouth for the government to introduce a rent guarantor scheme for care leavers to help them find their feet in the private rental sector after leaving care.
