Luke Pollard MP Labour & Co-op Member of Parliament for Plymouth Sutton & Devonport
Written Parliamentary Questions
As well as asking questions in the House of Commons, Members of Parliament can table Written Parliamentary Questions (WPQs) to Ministers.
WPQs are a good way of getting a statement from the Government on an issue, or a way of asking the Government for statistics or reports that they haven’t published.
This is an important way of holding the Government to account and to find out information that can help Plymouth get a fairer deal from Government.
