Luke, along with Councillor Jemima Laing and Councillor Sally Cresswell, are starting a petition to get a post box back in Stoke Village. The Labour run council requested a post box was placed back in the village, but Royal Mail refused. Luke has also approached Royal Mail highlighting the need for a post box but the answer was, again, no. Particularly during the pandemic, it is vital that people are able to keep in touch with one another. No-one should have to travel far to simply post a letter.
