Luke Pollard MP Member of Parliament for Plymouth Sutton and Devonport

Last week I had the pleasure of speaking on BBC Radio 4’s Any Questions in the beautiful Devonshire village of Chagford.
On the show, I made the case for first homes, not second homes to deal with the rural and coastal housing crisis.
I also spoke about why we need to freeze energy bills now – not at £3,549 – but at the £1,900 level.
If the Government does nothing then people will fall into desperate poverty, the likes of which we have not seen for a very long time.
