What an inspiring couple of days I’ve just had at my annual summer school for Plymouth’s young people.

Over two jam packed days at Plymouth University, dozens of pupils in Years 10 -13 joined me for workshops, talks and activities.

They pitched ideas to help our local communities, and we heard from community leaders and politicians across the spectrum.

Politics can sometimes feel broken but these folks were brimming with energy, ideas and enthusiasm. I’m so proud of them.
