On the 16th February I am launching a new series of public meetings to start a Big Conversation about the issues that are affecting our city.
The first of the conversations is going to be about how we clean up our politics. In this year of a general election, I have invited a cross party group of politicians and academic experts to tackle the question of how we make our politics better.
This isn’t about who to vote for, this is a conversation looking at different perspectives about how we bring our communities together, rather than divide them. How do we make sure that politics can be a path for everybody, not just those with the thickest skins?
This free event will be held at Plymouth University, tickets are available HERE, snap yours up now as there are only a limited amount available.
This is just the start of a series of public meetings where I will be inviting expert voices from across our city to discuss the big issues facing folk here.
