This morning I popped up to M&S in the city centre to watch the brilliant young people that have been being supported into work by the Princes Trust, in partnership with M&S. The celebration event was for those that had completed the ‘Marks & Starts’ programme across Plymouth and stores in Cornwall as well.

Listening to the young people stand up and talk about the positive change that being part of this programme had brought to their lives was inspirational, everyone of them talked about the confidence that they now had thanks to the support given to them. It was a real joy to be able to give them all completion certificates, and share in this moment with them and their families.
